These terms are the rules for using the Blobs game and this website, blobs.com. Blobs is made by HYPERINFRA (“we”, “us”). Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.
Accepting these terms
By using Blobs or this website, you accept these terms. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must accept them for you. If you do not accept them, please do not use Blobs.
Your account
You can play as a guest, which keeps your account on your device; add an email address to keep access if you change devices. Keep your account to yourself: you are responsible for what happens on it. Accounts are personal and may not be sold, shared or transferred.
Playing fair
Do not:
- cheat, use bots, modified apps or automation, or take advantage of bugs;
- harass, threaten, bully or impersonate anyone, or post hateful, sexual, violent or illegal content;
- share anyone’s personal information;
- upload content you do not have the right to use;
- buy, sell or trade accounts, Blobux or items outside the game;
- interfere with, overload or attack the game, its servers or this website, or collect its content systematically;
- break the law.
Please report anything that breaks these rules with Report in the game or by email.
What you create
You keep the rights you have in what you create, such as your Blobs. By sharing it in the game, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, copy, adapt and distribute it, in the game and to promote Blobs. Players who obtain a copy of your Blob may keep using it in the game. We may review, refuse or remove content that breaks these terms.
Blobux and items
Blobux is the game’s virtual currency. Blobux and items are a limited licence to use them in the game: they have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or sold. Where the game offers an exchange, such as the Reward Exchange, it follows the rules shown in the game and the partner’s own terms. Store purchases are made through Apple or Google, and refunds follow their policies and the law.
Ads and other services
The game shows ads and links to services we do not control, such as app stores, social networks, YouTube, TikTok and ExtraReward. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.
When rules are broken
We may warn, restrict, suspend or ban accounts or devices that break these terms, and remove content, with or without notice. A banned account may lose its Blobux and items.
Changes to the game
Blobs changes over time. We may add, change or remove features, content and events, and we may stop running the game. When we do, we will act fairly and as the law requires.
This website
You may read, print and link to this website. Do not copy it to build another service, and do not remove ownership notices.
Our rights
The Blobs name, game, artwork and website belong to us or our licensors. These terms give you no rights in them beyond using Blobs as described here.
No warranty
Blobs and this website are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promise that they will always be available, secure or free of errors.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or unexpected losses, or for losses caused by your use of Blobs or this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and you keep your rights as a consumer.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The new version takes effect when it is posted here; if a change is significant, we will tell you in the game. If you keep using Blobs after a change, you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the place where HYPERINFRA is established. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you keep the protections that the law of your own country gives you.
